The World Robot Olympiad (WRO) is an international robotics competition that brings together young people from all over the world to develop their creativity and problem-solving skills through challenging and educational robotics competitions. This event is typically organized for students aged 8 to 19, although the exact age categories can vary. In 2024 over 20,000 Teams from 90+ countries will be vying for coveted spots on their National Team.
The competition usually culminates in a global final, where teams from various countries compete against each other. The location of the final event rotates between different countries each year.

For 2024 the game is Doubles Tennis. Teams are rewarded for real time scores and not reliant on pre-designed projects. In 2024, WRO is allowing the use of Lego and Arduino robots in this competition. This action packed division is great for teams with experience using various robot platforms. (Intermediate - Advanced)
Future Innovators is a great category for teams who have a passion for artwork, project research, and high quality presentation skills. Over the course of a year teams can create a robot solution the the seasons theme. There are no restrictions to robotic equipment as long as one component of the project includes a robotic element. (Beginner - Advanced teams)
Our most challenging category the Future Engineers Category is perfect for high school level teams with experience using AI components such as cameras and radar systems to create an autonomous race car. All platforms are allowed however the system must be powered on and launched from a single power source. (Advanced Teams)

Robot is known as Poke. He racked up many wins this season and his robot intimidated opponents. Poke Finished 2nd at Nationals and had an 85% win rate in 2022.
Robot is know as Ugly Bunny competes regularly and has built a robot that you can expect to see on the podium regularly.
A crowd favorite with the robot known as Hugs Bunny she may be small but her robot packs a powerful punch. A 1st year competitor who finished 5th at National Championships.
