For the RoboPalooza Online Challenge, teams must faithfully capture their entire problem-solving journey in real-time, using a cellphone or webcam as the recording apparatus. To maintain the integrity of the process, it's vital for participants to begin their task on a blank coding canvas, with the entire strategy and execution being documented in a single, continuous video.

Coaches, with their reservoir of knowledge, ARE allowed to assist teams by offering suggestions and insights. However, they should strictly refrain from any physical engagement with the robot. As the challenge unfolds, the robot's movements and operations should always be within the camera's frame. 

Following this, teams should carefully upload their challenge representation to YouTube, ensuring the video remains set to 'private'. Subsequently, the link should be shared with the coordinating team via email at a prescribed email

Following the conclusion of the online qualifiers, teams will receive formal invitations to partake in RoboPalooza, either within the Elite Tier or the Advanced Tier. Tier placement is determined based on cumulative scores, benchmarked against participants from across the nation.

The upper echelon, comprising the top 50% of teams, will be invited to compete in the Elite Bracket at the Toyota Arena. Here, they will vie for an array of honors including prizes, trophies, banners, and more. Meanwhile, the Advanced Division will engage in a spirited contest amongst their contemporaries, with trophies and team banners as the coveted accolades.

To further elevate the experience, an illustrious awards ceremony will be staged at The Arena during the Ontario Reign Hockey Game. Teams and their achievements will be spotlighted in front of a vast audience, making it a grand celebration of talent, perseverance, and innovation.
