This pass designates your organization as an Event Organizer applicant and provides the tools, guidance, and access needed to run WRO tournaments independently.
What you get with your purchase:
- Immediate access to the USEL Affiliate Course in our Customer Center, which provides guidance on WRO rules, event structure, scoring, logistics, and best practices for organizing and running tournaments.
- Event Organizer eligibility, allowing your organization to apply to host official WRO events, subject to approval and organizer requirements.
- Organizer-level purchasing access through the Affiliate Store module inside the Customer Center, where season-related items and organizer resources will be made available as they are released.
- Organizer support from USEL to help you get set up to organize and host WRO events. While USEL provides guidance and resources, the Event Organizer is responsible for managing event operations.
Important clarifications:
- There are no per-team registration fees required for teams participating in WRO events hosted by your organization.
- Team registration fees only apply if your teams choose to attend external affiliate-hosted tournaments or national events, such as the Affiliate Cup.
- This Event Organizer Pass does not include default team registrations, as team registration fees are not required for hosting your own events.
- Approved Event Organizers are responsible for managing registrations, communications, event logistics, staffing, venue coordination, and on-site operations.
- Tournament eligibility and participation rules still apply and may require verified participant or team information.
